I spent an hour on support chat last night because I am not getting all the sports channels on the Multi Sports Pack that I am supposed to. They sounded like they were going to fix it but ZIP!

Have you checked to see if you are getting all the other channels you are supposed to?

My best question, what channels are you missing, and what happens when you try and go to them?

I'm missing BeIN HD and FS2 HD...oh wait those are only for AT250 even though they are in the MS pack as well...
