Names viewing on each forum

It used to be that they had names up top on each forum thread with the names viewing: example Dish forum. Now the only name that shows is my own. Do I have something in the setting not selected.

No changes have been made and I am still seeing them. (Note: when I say no changes were made, I should note this morning we did do a security upgrade of our forum software, but no settings of "who is viewing" has been changed.)

Now I should note when we were having speed issues this was one thing support told us to disable. Which we did for a few hours and it didn't make a difference so I turned it back on.

There's nothing at the bottom. I see it has (Dish Forum) 66 viewing and my name is still the only one. DISH Network Support Forum It's not a big thing but it used to be there and now it's not.
