New HD Plan

I've seen the new HD channels offered on DirecTV's site. I don't know if I have the Choice or Choice Xtra plans. The reason I ask is because I get most of the Choice Extra channels, but more than the Choice regular channels. For example, I get G4TV, but not Boomerang.

I currently have the $9.99 HD plan. My question is that if I currently receive an SD channel, will I also receive it in HD if it is released for no extra cost?
