None of them will ever be on at the same time. They have one channel slot allocated to them. And I would assume that 9465 is PPV.
Plus, isn't NBA for Everything Pack only? I think it's just supposed to be in the NBA package, but they throw it into Everything Pack for some reason. I don't think AT180 gets it.
If you live in the DFW area, then you should see on 9465 on Tuesday night the game between the mavericks and the rockets. I say supposed to be, because its the first hdnet special game and I know it took a couple of games to get it working last year... and I'm at work and haven't checked my guide to make sure its there for tomorrow night.
I don't think NBAHD has shown any games yet this year. Read somewhere about some contract negotiations going on.... Last year it had a number of games that requied the multi-sports pak, AEP, or NBA League Pass... all which give you access to NBA-TV

Correct. All three use the same data channel, so only one will be "active" in the programming guide. You will notice there is no HDPPV when something is on one of those three channels.
NFLHD only shows a game wed and thurs nights, as it tells you in the EPG.
NBAHD only shows a game when there is one on the NBA season pass.
HDEV1 I believe shows major ppv boxing when available in HD, and other ppv events that are in HD.
