No program signal

I have the dish 322 system and not receiving tv programs on the secondary receiver. I have tried another good tv at the secondary site and still nothing. I can get menus and all the other items but not tv programs. My primary tv work fine with no problems. This problem came about as I was changing channels. Does this sound like a receiver gone bad?

Do a hard reset on the rcvr.

Hold the power button in on the rcvr for about 10 seonds and let it boot back up.

Let us know if that fixes it.

The rcvr's software will freeze up from time to time.

Think of it like a computer, you have to reboot your computer every so often.

The best way to prevent it is to turn the power off when you are not using it.
