Olympics soccer and basketball channels: when?

Anyone know when the Olympic channels dedicated to soccer (396?) and basketball (395?) will start to broadcast? The soccer starts Wednesday August 6th, two days before the opening ceremonies.

Anyone have any other information about these channels? I'm assuming Dish will carry them, because they were discussed on the last Charlie Chat.

I wouldn't expect to see them until the 5th or the 6th. Dish does not active these type channels until there is something broadcast on them.
