Hi all
The Openbox V8 pro and Combo have a fault.
They restart when you change channel. This started at 0:00am 1 Dec 2015 GMT.
FIX 1: Temporary
Change the Time settings from "GMT" to "User" and then change the Month from 12 to 10.
This stops the restarts but there is no EPG as there is none for October anymore.
Freesat have a fix today for the date issue.
I got an email from the engineer at 2:30am NZDT.
The engineer said " It's dark day for me today."
Full FIX:
Load new software from www.freesat.cn The site is VERY busy today
It took 3 goes to get the 5.8mb file to load at 200kb per minute.
