Can I run a single coax line from my DB4 antenna to the satellite dish so that it works on all my receivers without running a single line to each receiver?

I'm not sure I understand your question correctly. You can run your antenna into a splitter and then add a diplexer to combine the satellite signal and the OTA signal. How many receivers and what models are you using?

No, not as you have described it.

You can use two diplexers one on the roof to join the OTA with the sat feed, and the other indoors to seperate those two signals again. the problem is that it reduces signal strength on both feeds and is not recommended.
