What exactly are you meaning when you say the system went down? What bird are you aimed at? What frequency can't you get? Please describe the problem more in depth.
Have you had any major weather in your area? My Fortec was knocked out a few weeks back when we had between 2 and 3 feet of snow in 1 day. The LNB on my dish was covered in wet snow blocking the signal.
