Pansat 9200 HD with existing service

I'm new here and have a question. I'm not sure how much information I need to provide, but I'll start with my question -

Is it possible to use the Pansat 9200 HD with an existing Dish Network Turbo HD subscription?

I wouldn't sell it so fast--there's HD with true free-to-air. Just not a lot of it yet. I hear PBS channels are going to be all-HD soon, so just buy yourself a regular KU band off-set dish (I recommend 1meter), and a motor, and get some free digital TV.
There's a wide variety of it up there, check out The List here for an idea.

I think that the policy is the classified section is for PUB members only. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. That probably leaves Ebay and Craigslist as possiblities.
