PIP on a 625

I have a 625 receiver that I use on single mode so I can have PIP.I got home tonight and tried to use PIP and all I got was a green square and no picture.Has anyone else noticed this problem and any ideas on how to fix it.Thanks in advance.

sounds like one of the tuners is asleep. Have you tried a front-panel-reset or power-cord-reset?

just tried the power cord reset and I now have PIP back.Thanks for the info
