Why would I get a message from them saying to contact them to view channels?

You wouldn't likely get a message from Pittsburg International Telecommunications to watch a channel, but they sure would be interested in uplinking a channel for you!

Thank you for your help. I went and reread the message. It said the"channel is available". No I don't want my own channel. It would be boring.
