First off, I am newbie so I apologize if this is the wrong section to post this. I am most likely going to switch from Comcast to Dish. Will be using the 622 for one of my HD boxes (I am getting HD Silver package) so they are charging a 199.99 lease upgrade fee.
If I try to go through Dish Network directly, will they haggle on this or any of the other costs? I am getting the normal $200 back etc, and the activation waived with referral. I would figure by going directly through them they are saving a bundle on me, so they would hopefully pass some of that back if I negotiate with them.
