Qam Tuner

If I get basic cable, channels 3-23 on TWC will I be able to scan for dig. channels on mysony 960 xbr, and get hd with it. does anyone do this now with your tv if you have qam tuners. thanks

Usually, you will be able to see your HD Locals (if your cable co. provides them) with the QAM tuner. All other HD and Digital programming will be encrypted.
