Rays vs Angels on ESPN blacked out

I am in Nashville, TN, why on earth. Would it be blacked out here.
Is this another Dish screw up regarding blackouts.

Did you check the ESPN alt channels? If so did you check to see if Sun Sports or FSFlorida was showing it and not blacked out?
