Remote Problems

Ever since my 722 received the new software update tv2 remote has a mind of it's own. I'll be in the middle of changing channels or flipping through the program guide and the remote will flip over to tv mode all my it's self. The first couple of times I thought maybe I hit the little red tv button on the remote. The next few times it happen I know for a fact I didn't touch it. Anyone else have this problem?

Maybe new batteries and reset the remote on the dvr?

May be that the remote is going bad.

Receiver software for the ViP722 and under has no bearing.

I would do that and the new batteries before anything else.
