anyone experienced "jumping" on rewind and fast forward?
I have HR54-700, one C41W-100, one WVBR0-25, and two C51-700.
The jumping is intermittent, and has occurred only on the two C51-700 units.
While watching a program, pressing the rewind or fast-forward may result in immediately going to the beginning of a program 20 minutes earlier, or may go to the current time of a paused program.
There are others reporting the same issue on AT&T's Community forum, with no resolution. Reports of having the Genie and Genie mini replaced have not resolved the issue.
Seem it may be software/firmware related.
Any thoughts?
