Satellite technics in germany

hi everybody....my name is patrick and i am from germany. i am leading a company ( ximos.de ) in germany - we sell satellite technics and we operate wholesale trading. i am very interested about sat technics in usa. what do you use for items like receiver, lnb, dishes and so on....how cheap or how expensive they are and so on .....
