SD TIVO in line with HD

While I await the arrival of the forthcoming HDDVR I want to set up my TIVO to record SD while using the HD receiver. Once the new HDDVR becomes available it will replace the TIVO for recording. Can this be done and what is the set-up?

I'm not quite sure what your question is? If it's that can you use multiple receivers at once then of course. They each have their own cables from the sat and would be on different inputs on your TV. For example I have an SD-DirecTivo with 2 cables from the sat on video 3 on my HDTV. My HD receiver (and old E-86) has it's own cable from the sat plus one from my OTA antenna and it's on Video 1 on my HDTV. I also have another SD receiver in another room with the 4th cable from the sat.
