Second time of email to ceo

I have emailed ceo@echostar.com twice in the last month and have received no answer.
The content of the email goes something like this. " I have read on the fourm Satelliteguys.us that you are not sending out the full hd signal 1920 by 1080i.
and are compressing it quite abit. Also I have noticed that since I joined in march with a conversation to a 622 from my 508 the picture quality has slowly gotten worse. What is going on. Dave Roxin.

Well if they don't answer you I would have to guess that is your answer.

Was your 508 really having a conversation with your 622?

Maybe the 508 was jealous of the 622's HD quality and laid a guilt trip on it and somehow convinced it to reduce it's picture quality.
