sky tv in costa rica and mexico

i want as much info on my sky tv in costa rica where i spend 6 months and also 6 months in canada, it appears sky mexico bought direct tv in mexico and now all info has to be addressed to mexico. but have no emails for that company's customer service people or directors HELP |
