I"ve had this card for a couple of months, bought it on Ebay from a guy in England. This is one of the older Skystars that will do blind scan. It works nicely but I need other toys and some stuff has to go. I paid $84 shipped, make me a reasonable offer. I am in Canada but can ship from the US as well, I live on the border and am in both countries every day so no customs delays.
