Sling on a second tv?

I want to get HD to a second TV. I can't download an app to the 2nd tv. How do I receive a picture on a 2nd tv with a sling adapter. I have read over all I can find at the DIsh site. I am not interested in a Hopper? I have a 722k.

Ipad and Apple TV using airplay or an Android tablet and with HDMI. You can also get a real Sling Box and a WDTV box or something similar that supports Sling.

edit: Forgot about laptop or computer with an HDMI also will work.
