This is a email I received from KY3 in regards to asking why E* isn't carrying their HD signal.


Jerry,

Thanks for your note and inquiry. We knew Dish was planning on launching soon but I thought they would contact us prior to their announcement. As it stands, we do not have an existing agreement with them that covers our digital signal. We are anxious to strike a deal but since I haven't talked to them it's hard for me to give a date. I will make every effort to get an agreement as quickly as possible.
