better programming package, that's one reason i switched to dish

IIRC, Style is owned by Comcast and they won't allow D* access to it, just like with their Philly RSN.

No company can make something exclusive unless they deliver it via their own networks fiber network. As long as a network is delivered via satellite to comcasts various headends they can't keep it from other providers. Comcast RSNs are an example of sending it over their closed fiber network thus why they don't have to give the feed to any company. The only expection to this rule is the NFL Sunday Ticket package which can be exclusive even though its delivered via satellite to DirecTV.

I guess for the same reason Fine Living, Oxygen, Newsworld Int, Fit TV, Fuel, Lifetime Real Women, TV One, CSTV & Fox Reality are NOT on DISH, but ARE on D*... ;)

ComCast Sports Net is in different regions of the country, one is in Sacramento, and the other are in Chicago and DC/Balitmore. The CSN's in Sacramento and Chicago have awful "filler" programing (programing put on air to kill time in between local sporting events), while the CSN based in the DC/Balitmore region has a tie in with Fox Sports Net, so in that region even though it's ComCast SportsNet, you'll get FSN programming as filler.

Why is Comcast 3 sports channels on Directv?

Becasue of this, Philly has one of the lowest satellite subscriber base in the country....CSN Philly isn't available via D* or E*.

That isn't hard to figure out either. When I said what I said I didn't say I agreed with it but I answered the truth. Now I don't belive your statement was implying the above but some people that know me can think that I come across as kind of umm arrogant sometimes.
