Japan's H-IIA rocket is scheduled to shortly launch the Telstar 12V satellite for Canada's Telsat. It's scheduled for 15:23 (06:23 UTC) Tuesday, 22:23 PST Monday.
The satellite will replace Telstar 12 at 15W.
