Thinking of making the switch from E* to cable...how is the PQ in my area?

I live in the Seattle area on Bainbridge Island.... I was wondering if anyone can comment on the PQ of the Comcast signal before I take the plunge and replace Dish with cable. I am interested in the full package including HD and DVR......
