Just installed new system. Fortec 31" w/sg-2100 motor and Coolsat 6000 premium.
Am receiving 91W, 93W, 97W, 101W, 123W okay. That gives me most of the stations I was looking for. But I cannot lock in on 87W and 107W. As far as 87W, I may be a little off from my true south. Cannot figure out why I cannot get 107W. Is there any way to tell if you are east or west of true south? Would make it easier to search.

Thanks Donty

I would set usals to go to my true south satellite, then loosen up the motor clamps to the pole and get it exactly zeroed. After that, if there is any problem with a particular satellite, you can adjust using 1.2. Using 1.2 you should see if you are east or west of your usals.

Nothing FTA on 107º west anyway, there are a few data feeds that will let you find the satellite but there is no point.

What transponder are you using for 87º and we can check to make sure its LIVE!
