Unable to save files to very large hard drives

I have a new A/V Server with 1TB of storage. When I configure TimeTrax to store the download there I get a warning message about the drive having less then 2gb of free space available. Once I click okay on this warning and restart TimeTrax, I'm unable to record. But if I change the storage path back to local drive, everything works fine again.

Any work around for this?
