updating a 510 guide

Well i got a customer that the locals information has never updated. Still showing "No Information Avaliable". Tried the hold power button reset, pulled card, ran check switch and unplugged it. Still never updated local info guide and one else had this problem. hopefully it will correct tonight and they will be happy.

Takes time,
must have 110 signal
also to help insure full guide download, turn receiver off at night

Yes thanks the local guide info was there the next morning. I was a lawyers and he just didnt understand why the 311 guide updated and the 510 did not. I told him to trust me it would be there in the morning but you know Lawyer.

Its the only occupation if we didnt have any of them we wouldnt need any of them.
