New Channel numbers and renamed CW.

Please check your receivers and report what you see on the 6 channels involved.

WB is going away since the CW network starts officially today.

It looks like the channels that were WB are going independent and CW is coming onboard.

Funny I only get that channel (39.1) OTA, because I'm just barely in west palm and they won't let me have the miami stations. Thank goodness for OTA. :)

In markets where there is no WB (now CW) they gave us either WB Miami (Eastern/Central time zones) or San Diego (Mountain West)

KTLA and WPIX are provided under the Superstations license.. Perhaps this is part of a work around for the distant network ruling that will eventually come down.

digiblur,

the string "253 - TST47 [01 01 23 28 00 FC FF ..#(...] 119.0W TP 17 changed to INFO [01 01 00 48 00 FC FF ...H...] 119.0W TP 16"
could be cut in half
- 0101 is a constant (Dish) - irrelevant
- 2338 -> 0048 change means "from ENG mode to SUB"
- FCFF since not changed shouldn't be here, if become FFFF, then turn to Free Preview

Do we need spaces between ?

I'm not sure if I should supress the 0101 datatype since BellVu decides to change their NFL datatypes to 0904's on Sunday then put them back.

This one fell into a "hand edit" category since it had too many changes to automate the output. Changed names, changed TP's, and changed descriptor flags. This is why you didn't see it say "changed to available". Normally these changes should be looked at, verified, and fixed by hand. I will look into tweaking this output a bit though.

Well, no - 0101 is ProviderID, no reason to hold it if you know the run is going against Dish tables; that 0904 could be just mistyping;
we are talking about processing those flags, since the report popping up right away; I don't see how you could verify by "hands" - sure if you will ask ppl who have the LiL, or the certain packages, then yes; but for the time being the GroupID and FreePrevewID pertinent to the type of reports.
You can always add disclamer by last line of your reports - "Please check your EPG, channels for implementation of the System Tables changes and report any discrepancy". :)

Hand edit category meaning....the person running the report should verify the data by their eyes. But I will tweak this for these cases.

The 0904 isn't a typo. It's happened two Sunday's in row on just the NFL channels. ;)

KTLA = CW-W (mountain and pacific time zones)
WPIX = CW-E (Central and eastern time zones)
its the same thing as before but now its with LA and NY

So I guess those markets have a cw affiliate and are losing access to the old wb distant, and those remaining with the wb are being converted to cw

what it looks like is those stations above were something other than CW before today and now that they are CW they made DIsh pull the plug on those customers getting the "distant" WB

My DMA (Duluth, MN) has CW on a digital subchannel but Dish doesn't carry it. I get WPIX on 251 now (use to get Miami)

No Channels at the Cabin
