Uploading Pictures

Hello Guys
I try to upload a picture the other day and was not able to, When you press upload it just sits there and spins.
Maybe I have reach my limit.
any ideas?
please let me know.

What was the format of the picture? JPG and PNG is only ones allowed, and also make sure file size is smaller than 5 Megs. If over it will not pop up a warning, it will just sit there like you said. Other than that clear your cache and try again or another browser.

Thanks guys, they are .jpg and less than 1meg, try a few still does not work, when you say to clear the cache, where , on my computer or this site?
