using 36in FTA dish for dish500

My grandparents have had nothing but problems with their dish500 since they had it installed. It goes out with the slightest rain or cloud cover. dish has been out at least 1 time to readjust it.

they have the 3ABN 36in dish and i was wondering if we could turn it into a dish500 with a dual LNB? Is that possible
