I am lucky, have waivers and called Directv and they switched my address and made sure that I kept my waivers. They messed up and my service and mailing address. They had them backwards. I was worried because how could I get my new dish when they come out installed bc they had my service address as my billing address and it was supposed to be the other way around. Since it was their fault and around the same city they made sure I kept them and made notes in my account.
When are the new dishes coming out? My current dish needs to be adjusted a bit and I don't want to fuss since the new dish will be out soon. I also want the installer to mount it higher on my house, since they can not use the same mount with the new dish anyway.
