Hello does anyone know if Dish will waive my rtf feed I'm moving to an apartment and they will only allow cable would dish waive my rtf fees or reduce them

What you should do/try is tell them you are moving and have them arrange a "Dish Mover". When the installer arrives and finds out they can't install service, they may cancel your service/contract. I thought they do this, or used to do this, when there was no line-of-sight but could be wrong...

How long are you into your contract ?

The policy changes regularly on what they are willing to waive. That said, technically, according to the contract, moving does not void the commitment. It is based on the fact that they were able to establish service at the original address, and a move would be a change in the contract initiated by the customer, hence ETF valid... But as mentioned by hall, I would have a mover set up and have it marked down that you can't have satellite. Do you have a balcony?

Yes I have a Pateo but it. A joint Pateo but it used by two different apartments

When you say the apartment only allows cable, can you be more specific ? If you mean you're not allowed to mount a satellite dish to their wall, I understand. I've seen lots of apartments in the last few years that have dish "farms" in their yards (and it looks tacky as hell) but they do not have to allow people that access.

How do you share a balcony ? I can picture one large balcony but it should have some sort of divider. I don't know if a "shared balcony" falls under the "exclusive" use rule that would in fact allow you to non-permanently mount a dish. Most importantly, what direction does the balcony face ?
