Wash. H/D locals moved from S/W2 to S/W1

I see that the Wash. local H/D haved been moved from Spaceway1 to Spaceway2,
per LyngSat...I have seen other posts that seem to indicate N.Y. & Boston may also be involved, but I can't confirm this...anyone with info?

EDIT: Sorry, the Title is wrong...it is from S/W1 to S/W2 as stated in text body..
