I have been a DirecTV subscriber for 10 years. Recently I sent in 3 payments but was only credited for 2... called to find out what was going on and had to Fax in my bank statements showing I paid because there was no record of my missing payment.
2 weeks later no credit... call back, they say they will expidite it! 1 week later no credit!
Call in and they say they have no record of my payment but will give it high priority!
So it looks like this is intentional wearing down of the customer so I give up...it's only $88. I can't cancel, I have 14 months left on my contract so Iwould lose more than $88.
This is my first real CS issue in 10 years but if this is how they treat A list guys what the F##% do they do to the rest? I am going to file a complaint with the Georgia Gov's Consumer Rights Division but any other suggestions would be appreciated.
