What about Satellite TV for PC?

Does anyone out there have opinions or experience with Satellite TV for PC 2007 Elite Edition ™? Is it REAL TV or just a network of wannabees broadcasting from their basements with webcams?

Should I dump my Warner Cable and go with it?
