What is the new customer promo now?

How much do customers have to pay at the beginning to get the 622? What are the rebates? Also looking at the Dishbuiler on dishnetwork.com why is there a $6.00 hd enable fee when you sub to a HD package for $20.00 I understand the Lease fee.

The way I understand it is, that new customers now do not have to pay an upgrade fee to get the ViP622 receiver when they first activate.

There is a $200 rebate for new HD subscribers, and I don't believe you are supposed to be paying an HD enabling fee if you are subscribed to HD package. However, the HD locals are $6.00 could that be what the charge is for maybe??
