Don't buy the fire stick, very slow with Vue, get the Box instead, you can wire it ( better with slower then 50 broadband then wifi ) and much, much faster then the stick.
The stick is slower, but I have found the speed is now much better than it was to begin with. Its tolerable. For wifi usage, I have seen no difference in the stream quality from either stick versus my hardwired PS.

The remote is slow with the Fire Stick. The farther the Fire Stick is from your wireless router, the more it potentially freezes. The best thing about PlayStation Vue is all of the apps that you can sign into using your PlayStation Cue credentials. This comes in handy because the DVR function can act up with the Fire Stick. A nice trick I've learned with the Fire Stick remote is that if you press left on the circle part of the remote, it'll skip 10 seconds. If you press two or more times consecutively, you can skip 20 seconds & above. NEVER hit the house button unless you WANT to leave PlayStation Cue, otherwise you'll use every curse word that you know. Be patient when you press buttons on your remote, it's slow, but you'll get there. Fortunately you can download a remote app for your cell phone or tablet, & that's a lot faster than the supplied Fire Stick remote. The Fire Stick remote will either frustrate you, or you'll learn how to work with it.
