The Email contact page on the directv website has suddenly been modified. What are your opinions on the changes.

im just wondering why the changes to the contact page were made.

About 1-2 weeks ago they put in a new email form to get more info outside of the message body - so they can route the emails to certain CSRs better.

Is there something particular you don't like?
