What's Up with BEV CBS West Coast HD Feed?

Anyone have a clue what is going on with the BEV CBS west coast HD channel (822)? I get a screen telling me, "Trouble originating from service provider. Service will be restored when it becomes available to Bell ExpressVu." Anyone know what's the trouble?

that would be right since Bell uses Seattle as its west coast feed
