Those are legacy WiNK channels. You probably won't see interactive content from them again.
However, there is a good chance that you'll see a different form of interactive TV in the future. The new ownership group, News Corp., is big on that in Europe on their Sky product.
Not sure where the 'any day now' comment is coming from, but they need more room for all the HD so they dont go downward and encroach on local channel numbers.
