I bought a 7 foot dish which I want to use for c-band recpetion. Its a offset dish, that means the dish is not circular and the feedhorn is'nt in the center of dish.
The problem is: How can I know or calculate the antenna offset angle. The mounting seems to be "hand made" and there is no scale on it.
Other question: Can I use a offset antenna type for c-band reception? The LNB distance (made for ku-band) I will keep and install a c-band feedhorn instead of the ku-band lnb. Is this possible? Any ideas?
