Why doesn't Dishworld IPTV offer all the international channels Dish offers?

I would love to get some European channels and TvJapan but can't on my Roku. Will they start offering more?

I signed up for the 48hr free trial,but I'm afraid to sign up for the approx. $15.00 per month for 3 months(for ALL channels regardless of language) because I don't know how much the price will skyrocket after the 3 months are over. On a side note,MTV India is entertaining to watch.
