Will a DP34 switch work with a 1000.2 dish? Customer has 4 301's and today I am swapping out 3 of the 301's with 3 211's and keeping one of the 301s. he has a superdish now and I am putting on a 1000.2.

not if using the 1000.2 integrated. You will have to go with the w bracket and three duals to use the 34

cheaper and easier to go with DPP44. otherwise as mentioned you'll have to use 3 dp duals with a W bracket and then the DP34.
When with a 1000.2 lnb you just run cables into DPP44.
