Will a turbo hd satellite work to get indian programming?

Ok I have a turbo hd satellite that I use to receive spanish programming with now I need to install it
At another home for someone that receives indian program was wondering if this dish would work

You will need the larger 500+ dish along with the 119/118.7 combo lnb for indian prgramming
