I was searching google for english iptv providers and I came across World On Demand - Worldwide video content on your TV or your PC. They offer 76 channels including a good number of english news channels including euronews, sky news, and al jazeera tv english. You can watch on your pc or with a set top box. The set top box is a little pricy at 300 usd, but they have customer service in many languages including english. I have conversed via email with tech support. The us tech support is email only, they do have japan number and australian customer service numbers. I have not ordered the set top box yet. For 19 plus tax for 8 english channels I can't compain.
