NE. would have to be locked in the hotel for that to happen and even then it would be a forfeit.

The next game BUF has a decent shot (about 35%) at home and even PHI could luck up and do it, BUT after all those other games and the length of the season and the pressure to win out, the Steelers are the most likely since they are before the Giants who would be the next best shot.

Outside of the Steelers, I would have to say the Giants, because they are the last game of the season and NE will probably have everything wrapped up and resting players.
Of course Coach may play all the reg's just to do it.

IF they beat Pittsburgh, I hope they DO do it.

Well with all the asterisk talk being thrown around these days in sports and the fact NE has been some of the biggest whiners, and the recipients of some of the WORST calls ever; and the cheat scandal, I say give them the asterisk too. What the hell! I am no Shula fan either and not very sure he has ever really been a true class act; he is somewhat a Eddie Haskel type..

I voted for the Pittsburgh Steelers because I think they have the best shot to beat New England. However, I think the potential is there for the New York Giants to beat New England and would say the "dark horse" to slay Goliath would be the Buffalo Bills.

Pittsburgh has the best shot in my opinion.

I think the Dolphins should have the * beside thier season because if NE does do it. They would have won 2 more regular season games than the Dolphins.

I was leaning that way also, but ultimately I think if NE gets that far, NY will be toast. The lure of the undefeated season will be too much to pass on.

I am mildly surprised that so many have chosen Pittsburgh. i expected a few more votes for running the table and voted for more than one team.

but it seems that everyone is saying that someone will beat them and that Pittsburgh is the most likely one to do it. I agree with Joe above that they are the toughest defense. The Baltimore choice BTW is just a recognition that they too have a good defense and that on the occasions where they have their act together (and it is not every week) they can be dangerous. But I have to admit that an outright prediction of a Baltimore victory is at least half crazy.

Anyway it is all in fun.
