Those qualifications should not be in hard to read fine print. It should be stated up front in an obvious manner that nobody will miss. It is not baseless crap from Comcast.It's in the fine print, where it always is. It says New customers only, with approved credit, 2 year commitment required, after rebate, automatically renews at renewal rate, blah blah blah. I've seen it. Just more baseless crap from Comcrap

That's easy to read, IF you have an hd display, and IF you stop the picture at the right time! Try reading it in real time on an hd display, much less on an sd one.
